A lifetime in travel
I’m Denise DeVincenzi, a dual British and Canadian citizen originally from the Rock of Gibraltar. I’ve spent forty years in the travel industry, and Sea Salt & Lemons is the result of a lifetime dedicated to exploring the world and helping others do the same.
My career began in a Calgary travel agency before a chance opportunity brought me to Athens to work on a Greek cruise ship. After several seasons at sea, I settled in Greece and became a holiday representative, later moving into tour directing. Over the decades, I’ve escorted groups through Greece and the Greek Islands, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Turkiye, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Israel, Malta, Cyprus, China, and more recently, the UK, Ireland, and Iceland.
I’ve guided intimate groups of eight and managed large corporate events with hundreds of guests, working with respected companies such as Globus Journeys, Go Collette, Insight Vacations, and Rick Steves Europe. Each journey has brought challenges and insight, shaping the way I curate travel today.
The partners I work with, from airport greeters to hotels, restaurants, transport providers and local experts, are trusted, reliable, and thoroughly vetted so that every guest feels safe and well cared for.
