Every trip is designed to feel personal, flexible, and deeply connected to the destination.

Yes. Most itineraries can be adapted to suit your preferences, whether you prefer guided travel, independent exploration, or a mix of both. You can adjust activities, pace, accommodation type, and even length of stay. Simply send an enquiry with your preferred dates and interests, and a personalised version of the itinerary will be prepared for you.

Absolutely. Once your itinerary is booked, you have access to assistance throughout your travels. Whether you need help with logistics, restaurant recommendations, or unexpected changes, support is available to ensure your trip runs smoothly. For escorted group departures, a guide will accompany you throughout the itinerary. For independent travellers, support is available digitally or by phone.

Mediterranean destinations can book out quickly, especially during spring and summer. To secure the best accommodation and experiences, it is recommended to book several months in advance. However, if you have flexible dates or are travelling outside peak season, shorter-notice bookings may also be possible.

Payment Schedule

  • After a minimum of 10 trip guests have signed up, a £1,000 deposit will be required to secure the reservation
  • The full balance must be paid 12 weeks prior to the departure date. Interim payments are accepted.

Payment Conditions

  • The deposit is 100% non-refundable
  • 50% of the final balance is non-refundable if cancelled between 12 and 8 weeks prior to start date of trip
  • 75% of the final balance is non-refundable if cancelled between 8 and 4 weeks prior to start date of trip
  • 100% of the final balance is non-refundable if cancelled be-tween 4 weeks and start date of trip
  • Payments can be made with PayPal for credit/debit card transactions. Please note that for credit card transactions, there will be a 5% increase in the price to cover credit card charges

Payment Methods

  • Payments with Wise or Revolut can be made for bank trans-fers
  • All transactions in EURO ONLY Any, and all related banking charges are paid by, and are the sole responsibility of the trip guest
  • Please check on the relevant online apps and with your banks for any additional fees you might incur
